The Weight Vest is adjustable from 1-20 lbs by adding or removing the 1 lb weight pack from the velcro closed weight pack pocket. The pack fits snuggly into the pocket so it will not shift around during vigorous exercise. Two 1.5" nylon belts with quick release buckles secure the vest to the body. The vest is constructed with heavy duty nylon and utilizes mesh material where possible making the Valeo weight vest one of the coolest vests on the market.
Safety is addressed in the Valeo vest design with the inclusion of reflective piping around the edge of the vest. Another nice touch is the MP3 player pocket with velcro flap closure located on top right front of the vest.
