Total Sports Conditioning Workout Format

Warm-Up
Rehearse many of the sports movements in the workout and acclimate to the dynamic surface of the BOSU.

Segment I
Learn general sport movement patterns that are trained with lateral agility, vertical jumping and fast foot drills.

Segment II
Practice drills that relate to specific sport movement patterns for basketball, winter sports, soccer, raquet sports and football.

Segment 3
Perform strength and cardio drills that can be done solo, with a partner or with medicine balls for dynamic balance and power training.
