There are three balls in the Fitball Body Therapy line - 5”, 6” and 7”. A variety of inflatable ball sizes allows for varying pressure and isolation to customize a session on any given day. The 7” ball might be used by the beginner or user seeking a soft, gentle massage and the 5” for a deeper, more isolated effect. A variety of ball sizes also allows the user to customize the pressure and intensity depending on the muscle group or body area worked. This item is the single 7" Fitball Body Therapy ball which comes in black. We also offer the complete Small Ball Release Program which includes the 3 balls and Cheryl Soleway’s Small Ball Release Program Video of Basic Back and Body Routines. Cheryl introduces the concept of small ball release therapy and demonstrates massage techniques using the balls. Cheryl Soleway is a Physcial Therapist, A.C.E. Certified Trainer and Fitball Master Trainer. Cheryl states:
"The key to true lengthening is to stretch beyond the muscle into the interconnecting web of often twisting and tightening myofascia. These "releasing" techniques combined with effective stretching procedures produce results previously unattainable."
Requires a needle valve and pump (like soccer ball or basketball) to inflate or deflate. Before beginning any exercise program please consult with your physician.
