Theraband Soft Weights are available in 6 weights.Each weight size utilizes the same ball size of 4.5" in diameter. Soft Weights are hand held, ball shaped isotonic weights- a soft alternative to the traditional metal dumbbell. Soft Weights provide users more versatility for strength training and rehabilitation exercises. They are unique since the size of the ball always remains the same diameter regardless of the weight. This feature allows for a predictable, functional, single-handed grip. .

Soft weights follow the progessive Theraband color code system.They're available in 6 color coded weights with in the following weights:

Red- 3.3 lbs/1.5 kg
Green- 4.4 lbs/2.0 kg
Blue- 5.5 lbs/2.5 kg
