It provides a resilient, cushioned platform comfortably supporting the spine, hands, feet, elbows and knees with not too soft/not too hard cushioning. TEMPO mats stays perfectly flat on the floor. This mat will not curl on the edges, become dry and brittle or fade.

Heat sealing closes the mat top and bottom surface which allows the mat to repel water, sweat, scuff marks and makes the mat much easier to keep clean and hygienic compared to an open foam cell surface.
