These neoprene ankle weights are adjustable in 5 ozincrements up to 2.5 lbs each. These neoprene wrist weights are adjustable in 4 oz increments up to 2 lbs each. The removable steel weights are coated in waterproof vinyl. Weight is easily adjusted by inserting or removing the weight bars from their individual pockets.

The All Pro Waterproof Ankle and Wrist Weights are also used by therapists to increase self-stability while working with clients in the water.
