The Stretchcordz Long Belt Slider adds variety and challenge to your routine by providing resistance swimming away from the Cordz anchor point and over speed acceleration swimming to the anchor point.

This product includes a 2" wide padded waist belt fitting up to a 44" waist connected to a 20 ft. latex safety corded tube. The safety cord runs the entire length of the tube adding security in the event of breakage. The sliding attachment moves freely around the belt as the swimmer's body rotates on each stroke. Choose from 4 resistance levels at checkout. All resistance tubes are interchangeable with the belt.
