Please remember that resistances in the same color may vary slightly, due to natural variations in latex rubber. If you use the same Cables for every workout, you will be the best judge of your progress.
The variable resistance tubing (cable) has a tensile strength of 3000 lbs PSI but, the strength integrity of the tubing is only maintained when the tubing is free of cuts, nicks, burn marks, etc. It is important to examine the cable before each workout to be sure no imperfections have developed.
The cables are color coded to identify the strength level. Moving from weakest to strongest the strength level is as follows: R-1 Teal, R-2 Purple, R-3 Pink, R-4 Magenta
Lifeline exercise tubing (cables) are covered by the Lifeline Lifetime Warranty. Please read the warranty information and instructions in the Exercise Chart that accompanies each cable for further information.
