30-Day Money Back Guaranty

If you are not satisfied with all or part of your order please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order. We will gladly exchange the item(s) or issue a prompt refund. Please note: Items returned must be in unused condition and all media like DVDs must not be unwrapped from the original packaging otherwise they're not returnable. Defective items are returned at our expense.

Terms and Conditions

Fedex Express Overnight and 2Day
FedEx Overnight and 2Day Air service only available by calling Customer Support at 800-452-0980 during the business hours of 9am-4pm EST,Monday to Friday.

  • Express Overnight- order by 1:30pm EST for guaranteed delivery by 3:00pm the next business day. Saturday delivery of Express Overnight not available to all locations so you must call to place your order for Saturday delivery.
  • Fedex 2Day- order by 1:30pm EST for delivery in two business days by 4:30 pm to commercial addresses and 7:00 pm to residential addresses.
  • Shipments are subject to weather delays. Note: Some remote areas are subject to additional days. For exact delivery times go to www.FedEx.com to determine exact time in transit or call our customer support at 800-452-0980.

IMPORTANT: ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON THE BUSINESS DAYS OF MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. YOU MUST CALL TO ARRANGE SATURDAY DELIVERY.

Express Shipping Examples:

  • Fedex Express Overnight- ordered by 1:30pm EST on Monday delivered on Tuesday. Ordered after 1:30pm EST on Monday ships on Tuesday delivered on Wednesday
  • Fedex Express Overnight- ordered by 1:30pm EST Friday delivered on Monday. Ordered after 1:30pm EST on Friday ships on the next FedEx business day of Monday and delivered on Tuesday
  • Fedex 2Day- ordered by 1:30pm EST on Monday delivered on Wednesday. Order after 1:30pm EST on Monday ships on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday
  • Fedex 2Day- order by 1:30pm EST Friday delivered on Tuesday. Order after 1:30pm EST on Friday ships on the next FedEx business day of Monday and delivered on Wednesday

Ground Service
We utilize Fedex Ground, FedEx SmartPost and the US Postal Service to reach every address throughout the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments are subject to weather delays and the terms of FedEx and the US Postal Service. Time in transit from the date of shipment of your package varies according to the carrier service type and distance from our warehouse:

  • FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days
  • FedEx SmartPost: 2-8 business days
  • US Postal Priority Mail: 3-4 business days
  • Note: These time in transits are for the contiguous 48 states only.
It is the sole discretion of the shipper, Nefitco, Inc. to determine which carrier the package ships.

Fedex Express Surcharges and Handling Fees
Oversized boxes may be subject to additional charges known as Dimensional Weight Surcharges when shipping by FedEx Express Air. Dimensional weights for shipments traveling within the U.S. is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height and dividing by 166. The result is the actual shipping weight. For example, a 4 pack of 36 x 6 inch foam rollers ship in a 36x12x12 in. carton. Actual weight is about 10lbs. The dimensional shipping weight is 36x12x12/166=32lbs. When the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight carriers use the dimensional weight always. Subject to your approval prior to the shipment.

Delivery Area Surcharges may apply to packages deemed a remote areas by Fedex whether shipping by Fedex air or ground within the contiguous United States.

Signatures
Shipments are sent with No Signature Required to residential address and Signature Required to businesses. If you prefer to have a signature required, indicate this in the "Comments/More Information" order form. Please make arrangements to have an adult present to receive your order.

International Orders
International orders are accepted in the shopping cart from Canada only. Canadian customers: Please go to Shipping To Canada for additional information.

Vermont Sales Tax: Orders Shipping To Vermont
Orders with Vermont shipping addresses where sales tax was not selected in the shopping cart order form shall be automatically charged the 6.0% Vermont sales tax based on the total sum of product plus shipping charges.

Collecting Information

We collect information in aggregate to administer our site and analyze site visits, page views and product popularity. We do not analyze individual usage but general trends among many visitors to nefitco.com. with the goal of understanding what products and information customers are seeking.

Sending Information to You

Communication from our company is limited to an email receipt confirming your purchase and and an automatic email upon shipment containing shipping information and a Fedex or US Postal tracking number. We do not send any additional email or mail promotions, catalogs, contests, spam or coupons. If we communicate with you through email or by phone our purpose is only related to your order or shipment.

Sharing of Information

We never share, sell, rent, lease, barter, trade or offer information you provide us to any other party unless required by law. We hold your information in the strictest confidence. We use outside shipping companies (US Postal, Fedex) to ship orders, and a credit card processing company, Authorize.net, to charge customers for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.

Submitting Information

To complete your order, credit card information including credit card number, expiration date, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and email address is requested. This information is transmitted to a web hosting server for authorization using state of the art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) bit information encryption before being transmitted to our location. Please read our Security Statement for further information regarding encryption.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks.
