Products Guaranty
Feel confident knowing that your fitness accessory purchase is protected by our 30-day money back guaranty. If after examining your order you are not satisfied with all or part of it, please contact our company within 30 days of receipt of the order. We will gladly exchange the item(s) or issue a prompt refund. Please note: Items returned must be in unused condition and all media like DVDs must not be unwrapped from the original packaging otherwise they're not returnable. Defective items are returned at our expense. Separate warranties apply to home exercise equipment like treadmills, ellipticals, etc. sold throught our Brattleboro, VT store location.
Returns
All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number clearly
marked on the outside of the package. To receive a Return Authorization number
call 800-452-0980 or 802-257-1988 M-F 9am-5pm EST or email customersupport@nefitco.com. Include your your order number in the subject area. Items can be returned by UPS, US Postal, DHL, Airborne Express or Fedex. Subject to final inspection. Shipping charges on sent and returned orders are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions
Fedex Shipments
Please verify and enter the exact Shipping Address- Name, Company
Name (if applicable), C/O, Street, Street Number, Floor, Suite, Apartment,
City, State and Zip Code and Telephone Number (very important). When your credit card billing address is
a P.O. box or differs from the shipping address then check "Use separate shipping address" in
the Shopping Cart form. Fedex orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes,
FPO or APO addresses. Please call 800-452-0980
or 802-257-1988 to place your order via phone when shipping to U.S. Postal Addresses. APO/FPO customers: Please select the US Postal APO/FPO shipping option in the Shopping Cart.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days. The business days are Monday-Friday. Examples: Fedex Express Overnight- order by 1:00 pm EST on a Monday arrives on Tuesday. Order after 1:00 pm EST arrives on Wednesday. Fedex 2Day- order by 1:00 pm EST on Monday arrives on Wednesday. Order after 1:00 pm EST on Monday arrives on Thursday. More examples: Fedex Express Overnight ordered by 1:00 pm EST Friday is delivered on Monday. Ordered after 1:00 pm EST on Friday is delivered on Tuesday. Fedex 2Day- order by 1:00 pm EST Friday is delivered on Tuesday. Order after 1:00 pm EST on Friday is delivered on Wednesday.
Fedex Express Overnight and 2Day
Orders shipping Fedex Express Overnight and 2Day must be
received by 1:00 EST to ship that business day. Express Overnight is guaranteed
delivery by 3:00 pm the next business day to most locations. Fedex 2Day provides guaranteed on time delivery to most locations in two business days by 4:30 pm to commercial addresses and 7:00 pm to residential addresses. Blackout period on delivery guarranty is the 14 calendar days before Christmas.
Shipments are subject to weather delays. Note: Delivery times are to most areas. Some remote areas are subject to delays. For exact delivery times go to www.FedEx.com to determine exact time in transit.
Fedex Ground
Fedex Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous
states. Deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by the end of the day in 1-5 business days depending on location. Alaska and Hawaii Ground orders are delivered in 3-7 business days with possible delays for weather and remote areas. . Blackout period on delivery guarranty is the 14 calendar days before Christmas.Maximum weight of the package is 150 lbs. Special handling fees apply to packages that are oversized.

Fedex Surcharges and Handling Fees
Orders may be subject to additional charges known as Dimensional Weight Surcharges when shipping by air based on the International Air Transport Association volumetric standard. Dimensional weights for shipments traveling within the U.S. is calculated by multiplying the length by the width and dividing by 194 (standard density in cubic inches per pound). If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, you will be charged based on the dimensional weight.
Delivery Area Surcharges may apply to packages deemed a remote areas by Fedex whether shipping by Fedex air or ground within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are subject Rural Delivery Surcharges depending on Zip Code.
Oversize Packages incur fees when they measure greater than 84 inches but equal to or less than 108 inches in length and girth is classified by Fedex Ground as OS1. The shipping charges for an OS1 package will be the same as a 30 lb package. Packages weighing less than 50 lbs. and measuring greater than 108 inches but equal to or less than 130 inches in length and girth is classified as OS2. The shipping charges for an OS2 will be the same as a 50 lb package. A package weighing 150 lbs or less and measuring greater than 130 inches in length and girth is classified by FedEx Ground as OS3. An OS3 package is a 90 lb minimum billable weight. A $30 surcharge will also apply to any package measuring greater than 130 inches in length and girth.
If your order is subject to any of these additional
charges we will contact you for approval before processing and shipping your
order.
Signatures
Shipments are sent with no signature required. If you prefer
to have a signature required, indicate this in the "Comments/More Information" order form. Please
make arrangements to have an adult present to receive your order.
Drop Shipments
Depending on the item(s) an order may ship directly to you from our supplier rather than our warehouse. In this situation the processing time is typically one business day longer than orders processed through our warehouse.
APO
and FPO Orders
APO and FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Delivery
times vary according to station location, protocol and security. Please use a valid, accurate postal address.
International
Orders
International orders are accepted from Canada only at
this time. Canadian orders must be placed offline by calling customer service
at 800-452-0980 or 802-257-1988.
Vermont Orders
Orders with Vermont shipping addresses where tax was not
added in the order form will be charged the 6.0% Vermont
sales tax.

Sending Information to You
Communication from our company is limited to an email receipt confirming
your purchase and and an automatic email upon shipment (when using UPS) containing
shipping information and a Fedex tracking number. We do not send any additional
email or mail promotions, catalogs, contests, spam or coupons unless you've
joined our opt-in newsletter. If we communicate with you through email or
by phone our purpose is only related to your order or shipment.
Sharing
of Information
We never share, sell, rent, lease, barter, trade or offer information
you provide us to any other party unless required by law. We hold your information
in the strictest confidence. We use outside shipping companies (UPS,
US Postal, Fedex, etc.) to ship orders, and a credit card processing company,
Verisign, to charge customers for goods and services. These companies do
not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any
secondary purpose.
Submitting
Information
To complete your order, credit card information including credit
card number, expiration date, billing address, shipping address, telephone
number and email address is requested. This information is transmitted to
a web hosting server for authorization using state of the art Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) bit information encryption before being transmitted to our location.

Nefitco.com utilizes, through our web site server, encryption and digital certificates
to keep sensitive internet communications and transactions such as the transmission
of credit card information confidential during transmission on the internet.
Communication of private information is protected from interception and capture
during transmission on the Internet via state of the art cryptography. An SSL
Certificate has been issued to nefitco.com.
Encryption is the process of transforming information

underlying Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)- the basis for and universal standard
