The NZ Stationary Swim Trainer is designed for in-place resistance swim training while using lane lines as anchor points. Several swimmers can occupy the same lane at the same time and coaches can assist with technique while the swimmer is performing in a stationary position. The resistance tubes (Green: 8 - 24 lbs resistance)clip to the adjustable waist belt which fits up to a 44" waist. This product includes the belt, two 2' tubes and two 2.5' of adjustable webbing with clips on each side. This item is available in the green resistance only and is not interchangeable with any other Stretchcordz.
