The Low Row Triangle is mainly used for the seated low pulley row exercise. This attachment is also used as a chinning device by placing it over a suspended bar and performing closed grip chins. Our Low Row Triangle hand grip is "ergo" style meaning it is contoured slightly to fit in the hand more comfortably. The hand grip is also slightly knurled for a sure grip.
