This portable gym enables exercising with one, two or three fitness cables using the patented Lifeline triple grip handles Up to 240 lbs of resistance!

The Lifeline R6, R8 and R10 fitness cables included in the Pro kit are in the moderate end of the Lifeline cable resistance system. Peak resistance range is a minimum of 60 lbs with just the single R6 cable and 240 lbs when the R6, R8 and R10 are installed on the handles. The user can choose to install one cable, two or three cables at the same time depending on the resistance needed for the particular exercise performed. This kit also includes a doorway anchor for high, low and mid pull stationing, storage sack and brochure instructional guide.

New Triple Grip Rotator Handle

Lifeline introduces the all new triple grip rotator handle. This design gives you the option of using up to 3 Lifeline cables at one time to accomodate all strength levels. The triple grip handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and function. The hand grip piece rotates to enhance natural movement and the handles are constructed with injection molded, heavy-duty plastic.

Tubing Selection Guide

Use these tables as a guide in choosing tubing that has the right tension for your needs. The variable resistance tubing (cable) has a tensile strength of up to 3000 lbs PSI but, the strength integrity of the tubing is only maintained when the tubing is free of cuts, nicks, burn marks, etc. It is important to examine the cable before each workout to be sure no imperfections have developed.

The cables are color coded to identify the strength level.This chart represents the peak resistance of each cable. As you progress and get stronger, simply move up to the next cable. The benefit of the Lifeline® cable system is that each cable offers a range of resistance. You build strength gradually, reducing the chance of muscle damage and injury.
