This kit allows for exercising with the r2 or R4 cable or both at the same time

The Lifeline r2 and r4 tubing included in this kit are at the lighter end of the Lifeline cable resistance system. The user can choose to install one cable or the other or both at the same time. This kit also includes the ever popular Great Stretch Tubing Handbook a 61 page guide to tubing exercises. The Lifeline Exercise Tubing Gym Kit offers a wealth of exercise for workouts at home, vacation or while traveling. Note: There are 3 cable slots in each handle. When using 2 cables install them on the left and right outside slots.

New Triple Grip Rotator Handle

Lifeline introduces the all new triple grip rotator handle. This design gives you the option of using up to 3 Lifeline cables at one time to accomodate all strength levels. The triple grip handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and function. The hand grip piece rotates to enhance natural movement and the handles are constructed with injection molded, heavy-duty plastic.

Tubing Selection Guide

Use these tables as a guide in choosing tubing that has the right tension for your needs. Relative strength and musculature are unique to each individual. Therefore, these are only guidelines.

The variable resistance tubing (cable) has a tensile strength of 3000 lbs PSI but, the strength integrity of the tubing is only maintained when the tubing is free of cuts, nicks, burn marks, etc. It is important to examine the cable before each workout to be sure no imperfections have developed.

The cables are color coded to identify the strength level. Moving from weakest to strongest the strength level is as follows: R-1 Teal, R-2 Purple, R-3 Pink, R-4 Magenta, R-5 Orange, R-6 Red, R-7 Yellow, R-8 Green, R-9 Blue, and R-10 Black
