 Kettlebells
Kettlebells are typically used for arm and shoulder exercises and offer added benefits to hand held weight resistance training. Unlike traditional dumbbells, the kettlebell center of mass is outside of the hand. The kettlebell handle revolves in the hand as the bell mass is moved and swung. In the heavier weight ranges the back, hips and leg muscles are stimulated to help control and stabilize the weight.
