FlexMetal® is a patented process combining rubber like material and iron or other elements to create a high density, relatively small and flat flexible weight. FlexMetal® rectangular weight weighing 1/2 lbs. each. This thin weight with a large surface area "sticks" inside the pocket of the vest so the weight will not move from even the most vigorous activity. The flexible nature of FlexMetal means that each weight can bend and contour to the user's body to form the most synergistic fit possible. In short, FlexMetal® provides a superior fit compared to vests or shorts utilzing steel shot, sand or steel bars for weight.
