STL HangUps EZ-Up Inversion System

The HangUps Inversion System package includes the EZ-Up Rack and Gravity Boots.

The EZ-Up Inversion System offers a full body stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups and squats). In fact, full range inverted sit-ups are ten times tougher than horizontal sit-ups, with minimal load on the back.

The EZ-Up Inversion Rack installs in a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door. (Note: The Rack must be installed in a solid wood doorframe constructed according to national building code standards). The Rack takes up no floor space, which is ideal for cramped living quarters. The EZ-Up™ Inversion System comes with a 14-minute instructional video and an 88-page medical research book on inversion written for "nonmedical" people. (The Rack purchased separately includes the book only.) Some assembly required.

  Brackets are mounted with screws in the door frame for security. Locking pieces snap over the rack to keep it in place, but can be unlocked to remove the rack from the door frame. In place, the Rack will not interfere with the operation of the door.

  Make mounting and dismounting more comfortable, and help prevent calluses and slippery hands when performing chin-ups.
