How do I order item(s)?
Select the item in the catalog by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. The "My Shopping Cart" page will appear. Change the quantity if more than one. Select color, size and left or right if these selection boxes appear. Click on the "Update" button to save these changes before finalizing your orders or continue shopping.

How do I change the quantity?
Click on the field under "Quantity" for the line item you wish to change. Type in the new quantity. Select the color, size and left or right if the these selection boxes appear. Click on the "Update" button to save these changes before finalizing your order or continue shopping.

How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?
Change the item quantity to zero then click on the "Update" button next to the line item to execute the change. If you wish to empty your cart completely then click on the "Empty Cart" button.

How do I select a credit card?
Click the the drop down list and select with your mouse either Visa, MasterCard,Discover or American Express.

How do ship my order to an address other than the billing address of my credit card?
Click on the "Finalize Order" button. The "Secure Checkout" page will appear. Fill out the left column Billing information. Next, leave the "Use My Billing Address as My Shipping Address unchecked. Finally, complete Shipping Address column.

Why am I receiving error messages when I attempt to order?
Credit cards are authorized utilizing the Address Verification System. The System compares the billing address of your credit card statement on file with your credit card company with the information you typed into our "Billing Address" shopping cart fields. If the information does not match an error message will occur. The order cannot be processed. Please double check the billing address of your credit card by checking a credit card billing statement or call your credit card company to confirm the billing address on file with them. This Address Verification System helps to protect you from fraud and misuse of your credit cards.
