Contoured FlexMetal® hand weights lets the hand relax.

The soft FlexMetal® Hand Weight is encased in a neoprene outer shell.

FlexMetal is a high-density rubber that conforms to the contours of the body. Ironwear FlexMetal The Hand Weight is secured with two velcro wrist straps and one velcro palm strap. The need to grip or hold the weight is eliminated.

The custom glove-like fit eliminates shifting and bouncing of the weight during vigorous movement. The hand and forearm can relax while performing the exercise. This is a great product for walking, aerobics class, martial arts and light resistance training.
