All new SoftGrip™ hand weights are soft and conform to the hand for easy grip

Designed for physical therapists originally SoftGrip hand weights are easy to grip, soft in the hand, comfortable and won't damage floors or carpeting if they're dropped accidently. Each SoftGrip weight is constructed with a very heavy duty outer shell filled with steel shot for weight. The vinyl is stitched with heavy thread and finished with a heavy-duty grommet for hanging the weights when stored. Each weight resistance level is color coded by weight. The diameter of the SoftGrip is larger than the traditional steel dumbbell so it requires less hand closure and grip force.

SoftGrip weights can be easily kept hygienic with a simple wipe of a cloth. These weights are great for use in the home and particularly ideal for group settings whether it's in the hospital, YMCA, school, senior center or health club.
