Our Nimbus EnduraBead™ foam roller is manufactured utilizing a completely different process than our traditional extruded foam rollers. Beads of polyethylene are injected into a mold then compressed under heat and high pressure. The beads bond and form the final product. The beaded foam structure of the Nimbus roller offers significant improved durability and is the firmest roller in our line.
"If you need a foam roller that will not go out of round and provide very firm, focused massage pressure then I would recommend our Nimbus EnduraBead™ roller. I find sports teams, track & field athletes, runners and cyclists prefer the very firm massage pressure this roller offers. The Nimbus is also a strong and firm surface for pilates and other weight bearing exercises. Instead of a roller made of foam cells that will eventually start to break down and go out of round the Nimbus heat molded, bead construction stays perfectly round even after very high use by heavy users. Nimbus EnduraBead™ rollers are made in the U.S. from 100% polyethylene beads. This means you're buying the most durable foam roller on the market today. This roller is rated Level 5 - it's very firm with little give at the surface so I recommend this roller to users who seek very firm, sometimes intense massage pressure." - Hal Lier,Owner- Nefitco.com
Every Fall we look back through our categories to determine which product for that year has outperformed in both sales volume and customer satisfaction. This year we've selected the Nimbus EnduraBead™ foam roller as our Product of the Year for the second year in a row. The popularity of the Nimbus EnduraBead has kept pace with the skyrocketing growth of foam roller use for exercise, back care, stretching and massage. The Endurabead™ heat molded construction makes the Nimbus very firm, incredibly durable and perfectly round.
