Full foam rollers offer a significant challenge when used for balance training. They're recommended for experienced and advanced users. We recommend beginners and those recovering from injuries or who exhibit poor balance to start with our 3 foot half roller. Foam rollers are also used for self massage of the quads, hamstrings, calves, upper and lower back.

"Our new TeraNova foam roller is made with a light weight but very dense EVA foam cell structure. Each polymer chain in EVA is crosslinked which means they're all connected together. This property forms a very strong, durable roller.
