exervo Fundamental Folding Exercise Mat 3' x 6'

exervo Fundamental Folding Exercise Mat - 3' x 6'

$89.99

Built to our specifications, our new fundamental Series folding exercise mats are comfortable and built to last

The ideal folding gym mat should have supportive foam cushioning covered with a vinyl cover that can handle daily wear and tear. The mat should also be light enough so that it is easily moved and stored by clients, staff and users. We went to our manufacturer with these design specifications. The result is the new exervo FUNdamental Series Folding Gym Mat line.

Comfort and Support

exervo Fundamental Series mats are constructed with a rebonded foam core that is supportive and comfortable. Foam comfort is the ability of the cushioning structure (foam cells) to deflect at the surface and to confirm to body shape, preventing a concentration of pressure on the body without bottoming out.

Key Specifications

ILD stands for Indentation Load Deflection and refers to the firmness of a piece of foam. If a piece of foam takes 100 lbs of pressure to compress 25% of its original thickness then it is considered an ILD 100 foam.

Applications

Our Fundamental Series line of folding mats is designed for ground use where the user needs a cushioned surface for general exercise, stretching, relaxation, therapy or massage.

Polyethylene foam

Rebonded foam
Foam resulting from a process of adhering small particles of foam back together again using various adhesives and bonding processes.

Comfort
The ability of the cushioning structure to deflect at the surface and to conform to body shape, preventing a concentration of pressure on the body without bottoming out.
Indention Force Deflection (IFD)
The measure of the load bearing capacity of flexible polyurethane foam. IFD is generally measured as the force (in pounds) required to compress a 50 square inch circular indentor foot into a sample to a stated percentage of the sample's initial height. Example: If the indentor requires 100 lbs of force to decrease the height 25% then the foam is rated as an ILD 100 foam.
