Exervo C2.0 V2 Folding Gym Mat - 4' x 6'

$149.99

Our exervo™ C2.0 V2 mat is firm enough to support a stance yet soft enough to cushion a fall or tumble

Our Exervo™ C2.0 Folding Gym Mat is constructed with a 2" thick firm rebond foam core and heavy 18 oz. vinyl cover. This mat offers a perfect combination of cushioning and stability - in other words it's not too soft or hard for wrestling, take-downs, foot plants, etc. The C2.0 is an ideal mat for heavy home use, facilities, martial arts studios, police, government, physical therapy or light tumbling.

"The Contact 2.0 is our best selling folding gym mat and is used in training facilities like the Department of Homeland Security, US Embassies, US Military and other government, institutional, recreation and corporate facilities."

Definitions

Polyurethane foam
A polymer which is an organic substance composed of repeating chemical units built up into large molecules whose structure resembles but is not the chemical urethane.
Polyethylene foam
Polyethylene is the most popular polymer in the world and is noted for it's high tensile strength and excellent fatigue and wear resistance.
Rebonded foam
Foam resulting from a process of adhering small particles of foam back together again using various adhesives and bonding processes.
Deflection
To compress at the surface by a specified amount or percentage.
Comfort
The ability of the cushioning structure to deflect at the surface and to conform to body shape, preventing a concentration of pressure on the body without bottoming out.
Indention Force Deflection (IFD)
The measure of the load bearing capacity of flexible polyurethane foam. IFD is generally measured as the force (in pounds) required to compress a 50 square inch circular indentor foot into a sample to a stated percentage of the sample's initial height. Example: If the indentor requires 100 lbs of force to decrease the height 25% then the foam is rated as an ILD 100 foam.
