Exercise Bikes

A sound exercise bike starts with a well constructed frame and reliable components. Seat comfort is paramount since user seat position is more static and usually more tiring than outdoor cycling. Smooth pedaling action and quiet, easy to control resistance are two additional important factors. Exercise bikes are either upright (pedals below the user) or recumbent (pedals in front of the user). If seat comfort is a priority then recumbent versions provide the most comfortable base with the addition of back support.
