This Deluxe Single Grip Handle features a hand grip bearing sleeve for smooth action at even at the highest resistances

A single grip handle like our US Deluxe Closed Single Grip Handle is one of the most versatile and functional cable attachments a cable gym user could utilize. From a low pulley attachment the user can perform single arm curls, deltoid raises, tricep extensions, weight resisted oblique side bends and single arm row pulls. From a mid-pulley station the exerciser can perform external and internal shoulder rotation exercises, single arm pulls and standing rotary twists. With the grip handle attached to an upper pulley the user can perform single arm tricep pushdowns, lateral deltoid pulls, tricep extensions, toss and reverse toss motions.

The heavy duty ergo handle grip is tapered and slightly knurled for a secure, comfortable grip. The grip handle is is constructed of heavy duty steel and finished with rounded edges and extra chrome for maximum durability. The grip is attached to the cable with a snap link.
