The Cuff® is contructed with a heavy vinyl outer shell. Pockets are filled with steel shot for the weight and the vinyl is double stitched with heavy-duty thread throughout. Hospitals, Senior Centers, Physical Therapists and Group Exercise Leaders love The Cuff due to it's simplicity. There are no adjustable weights, it's easy to put on and they're color coded according to weight. Each Cuff also features a built-in grommet for hanging and storing the weight.
