Resistance changes according the target heart rate entered by the user. This model also includes motivating, pre-programmed workouts. Integrated foot pedals and arms offer a fully integrated total body workout. Resistance is control by an electronic, programmable magnet which adjusts the super quiet resistance system automatically.
