Introduction

The X5 has the same design as the X5i without the interactive heart rate control programs and workout profile display. A key feature of the X5 is the easily adjustable stride length. Adjustable in four positions, the user can fine tune stride length for the type of workout and fit desired. This is one of our favorite cross trainers.
