Payment
Major credit cards, Purchase Orders (qualified accounts) and prepayment in advance by personal check, bank check, money order and PayPal. Indicate SKU's, item quantities and product descriptions. Please include the exact billing address of the credit card statement and a shipping address if it is different from the billing address. Please include a contact telephone number and email address.
Fulfillment
Orders are filled and shipped promptly from our warehouse in Southern Vermont or from one of our U.S. based partner suppliers. Small orders ship via FedEx Ground and large orders ship common carrier. Our common carrier logistic specialists utilize a competive bid strategy on each shipment to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
