Payment

Major credit cards, Purchase Orders (qualified accounts) and prepayment in advance by personal check, bank check, money order and PayPal. Indicate SKU's, item quantities and product descriptions. Please include the exact billing address of the credit card statement and a shipping address if it is different from the billing address. Please include a contact telephone number and email address.

Fulfillment

Orders are filled and shipped promptly from our warehouse in Vermont. Small orders ship via FedEx Ground and bulk orders ship common carrier. Our common carrier logistic specialists utilize a competive bid strategy on each shipment to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders from credit pre-approved organizations are limited to schools, institutions, military, government and businesses (well established with D&B history and number). Terms are Net 30. Purchase Orders are only accepted if authorized and signed by the organization's purchase agent(s). Purchase Orders must be transmitted via fax, email or mail and include the billing address, shipping address, Purchase Order number, purchase agent telephone and fax number and email address.
