Payment
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), prepayment in advance by personal check, bank check, money order and UPS COD are accepted. Indicate SKU's, item quantities and product descriptions. Please include the exact billing address of the credit card statement and a shipping address if it is different from the billing address. Please also include a contact telephone number and email address.
Purchase Orders from credit pre-approved organizations are limited to schools, institutions, military, government and businesses (well established with D&B history and number). Fulfillment
Orders are filled and shipped promptly from our warehouse in Southern Vermont or from one of our U.S. based partner suppliers depending on the item and quantities ordered.
Orders on Terms
Terms are 2%/10, Net 30. Purchase Orders are accepted from pre-approved customers only. Purchase Orders are only accepted if authorized by an authorizing purchase agent with signature and must be transmitted via fax, email or mail. Purchase orders must include the signature of the authorizing agent, shipping address, billing address, Purchase Order number, agent contact telephone and email address.
