A 16" Diameter Board Only For Use On Top Of Balls, Discs, Etc.

By combining this Cando Stability Board with either an inflatable or foam balance disc you can easily make your own trainer. The boards can be used for balance, coordination and proprioceptive training, ankle and knee strengthening and rehabilation, core strengthening and stability, ankle range-of-motion and flexibility and improved posture. The photo shows the board in use with an optional Exervo™ 14" Balance Disc.

This item contain one stability board measuring 16" in diameter x 1/2" thick. Finished with an anti-slip top surface. Made from durable, solid thermoplastic. This board does not have any hardware built in to receive the rocker or wobble balls. Photo shows the board on top of an EXERVO™ Balance Disc as an example of use.
