Two important steps for Canadian orders:

In the Shopping Cart page "Select Tax" drop down choose: "Canadian GST & Duty- 8%"
In the Shopping Cart "Select Shipping Method" section choose: "FedEx Ground CANADA"

Please note: These fees of GST & Duty plus Shipping is all inclusive. There are no additional fees or charges (unless there is a dimensional weight or oversized issue as explained below).

Additional Shipping Information

Orders shipping to Canadian addresses ship via Fedex International Ground for delivery in 3-7 business day to all the provinces. Fedex Ground Rural Area surcharges may apply to remote locations and addresses. Delays may be experienced in very remote areas and during inclement weather.

Normal Fedex Ground time in transit to the major population areas of Ontario and Quebec is just 3 days from our Vermont warehouse.

Duties, import fees, GST and brokerage fees

The Tax and Shipping Method selected in the shopping cart include all of these charges. There are no additional charges unless you live in a remote area or the box is oversized. If there is a remote area or dimensional weight surcharge we will contact you for approval of these charges before shipping the item(s).

Oversized and Dimensional Weight Surcharges

Additional Fedex charges may apply to oversized packages. For example: A package weighing less than 30 lbs. and measuring greater than 84 inches but equal to or less than 108 inches in length and girth is classified by Fedex as an Oversize 1 (OS1) package.
The shipping charge for an OS2 package will be the same as a 50 lb. package. A package weighing less than 50 lbs. and measuring greater than 130 inches but equal to or less than 130 inches in length and girth is classified by Fedex as an Oversize 2 (OS2) package. The shipping charge for an OS2 package will be the same as a 50 lb. package.
The shipping charge for an OS3 package is a package weighing 150 lbs or less and measuring greater than 130 inches in length and girth. Custom shipping charges will be quoted in advance for OS3 shipments.

Dimensional Weight

Fedex may assess shipping charges based on the volume and dimension of the box-especially when shipping via Express or 2 Day and often Ground. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by the width by the height of each package in inches and dividing the total by 194 (standard density in cubic inches per pound). If the dimensional exceeds the actual weight then the shipping charges are assessed at the dimensional weight. For example: A large box of 24 foam rollers (high volume, low weight) shipping Ground or Express would be assessed a dimensional weight surcharge.

Please be assured it is our policy to notify you immediately if and when any additional charges apply to your order for your authorization. Again, we will contact you for approval of these additional shipping charges before the item(s) are shipped.

If your order is refuse upon delivery we will refund you the value of the merchandise but not the outgoing and return shipping charges.
