Introducing the AQx aquatic training shoe for women

Using a strategically placed series of gills, while exercising at a medium pace, the Aquatic Training Shoe (ATS) shoe adds 20-30% more resistance to your leg movement patterns in the water. In essence, this activates more muscle groups in the lower body, particularly in the hamstrings, quads, hip flexors and glutes, burns more calories, increases overall metabolic cost and provides an intense cardiovascular workout. With the ATS shoes on your feet, you get control, you get action, you gain performance and you stay healthy. We call it "Intelligent Training."

Great for general fitness, elite level training, active recovery and various types of rehabilitation, the ATS works extremely well for the ultimate non-impact training experience. You can use the ATS shoes in our dynamic "Intelligent Training" program of deep and shallow water exercises.

AQx ATS specifications: Constructed of a neoprene upper to provide comfort and be form fitting; big mesh overlays to provide ventilation and aid in the drying process; hydro-dynamic polyurethane fins for correct, subtle plane of motion resistance; super-gripping rubber outsole for awesome traction in and out of the pool; strategically placed drain port on bottom of shoe for added drainage; bungee lace up sytem with locking slider for quick installation and super secure fit; reinforced finger pull loop to slip on shoes easily.
