Heavymed Medicine ball training promote trunk stabilization, balance and are an excellent additional challenge when used in conjunction with a Gymnic exercise ball.

The Gymnic Heavymed Medicine Ball is available in .5 kg (1.1 lbs), 1 kg (2.2 lbs), 2 kg (4.4 lbs), 3 kg (6.6 lbs) and 5 kg (11 lbs). The balls are constructed of a highly durable ABS outer shell with a gel or gel/steel center design.

The Heavymed ball, regardless of size, is a bit smaller than our Bollinger Medicine Ball line. Heavymed Balls are are especially useful when the exercise calls for single hand catches and movements. HeavyMed Balls do not bounce.
